As a group Philosophy, EfficSys believes that it is the people who make the difference between success and failure. EfficSys has a team of delivery and quality managers dedicated towards client satisfaction. We also maintain an in house IT team whose role is to customize work flow systems and develop custom macros so as optimize the efficiency of projects.
The EfficSys team comprises of 25 members working across different processes. Catering to the scalability and cyclical nature of projects, we also maintain a strong base of more than 500 trained people who can be summoned on to projects as and when required. For the personal and professional growth of our team, we emphasize on training and aim to provide an excellent and durable career option for them.
